2. Product Information and Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing information. However, in the event of any errors in pricing or product details, we reserve the right to correct these errors and update your order accordingly. All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.

3. Order Placement and Payment
Orders can be placed through our website. Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except under specific conditions outlined in our refund policy.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders over ₹499 within India. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, but we aim to deliver within 5-7 business days. Krishnsakhi is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as weather, courier services, or customs.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Free exchanges are available once for orders over ₹899 within 2 days of delivery. This includes free reverse pickup and delivery of the exchanged item.
  • For orders below ₹899, an exchange fee of ₹150 will be charged to cover reverse pickup, new delivery, and handling.
  • Free exchanges are available for items damaged during shipment, regardless of the order value.
  • Please ensure you choose the correct sizes when ordering, as exchanges for sizing errors will follow the above conditions.
  • Refunds are not provided once an order is placed.

6. Limitation of Liability
Krishnsakhi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of Krishnsakhi. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
